Metal work and nail art

Ebay finally came through with some metal studs, been getting all arts and crafts on some denim tonight.

On a different note, while physically shopping out in the real world (seems a foreign concept) i came across the OPI nail stickers. These are a little more intense from my standard black but they have been growing on me. I am expecting all the black ones in the range in the mail from an online purchase last week. Fallen in love with the shatter OPI nail polish, it shatters while it dries. How interesting.

Ahhh what happened to The Excelsior?

Bitter sweet, rocking up to Elle's birthday fiesta and realizing yet another one of Sydney's few live music venues has shut down. Farewell The Excelsior!

The dindgy live music pub has been stripped back to its core, spray painted and decorated in DIY fashion to create a chilled Mexican cantina, El Loco. 

The promise of $5 taco's did get me over the initial unwelcome surprise. 

The special chorizo and halloumi taco was well impressive i must say.

After downing a few beers throughout the afternoon we stepped it up to cocktail time. Which in retrospect wasn't a grand idea. The classic margarita was a struggle to get through without a cringe, would definitely recommend the pink cuco over it.

A great place for a drink, as always good company makes it. The staff aren't as chilled as the atmosphere, beware if your going with a rowdy crowd.
