Velebit, Croatia
A great day for a hike. The sun was at bay for the hike up to the biggest cave towards the top of Velebit, a series of Mountains and caves. From a 2 hour hike up the mountain 570m above sea level down into the main cave that remains a steady temperature of 9deg all year round. As beautiful as it was, I was happy to exit to the warm summer weather and commence our race with some German kids back down to the base.
